A real estate scout is also commonly referred to as a real estate bird dog is truly one of the most unique ways that I have come across for making money in real estate investing. Real estate bird dogs are paid by other investors for giving leads on potential investment properties. Typical fees range between $500 and $1000.00 dollars. Depending on the given structure of the bird dog program. Our program begins at the $500 level per lead, but is built on tiers of referrals to your team and tons of additional incentives that could push your PER DEAL FEE TO $10,000 or more. |

| So why is real estate scouting so great? |

Being a real estate scout allows you to "Earn while you learn" real estate investing. Imagine getting paid an extra $2000-$5,000 a month just for locating properties, taking a few pictures, maybe meeting an owner or two and that's it. The best part is that while you're making all that extra money, you will also be learning all about buying and selling investment properties. Being a real estate scout allows you to practice real estate investing, because you can follow the progress of each of the homes that you were paid to locate. For instance, an investor may pay you $1000.00 scout fee, which is very good for only doing a couple of hours of work. But the best part is that you can watch how that investor as they rehab and sell the property. Once you have seen your investors make $20,000-$30,000 profit, it won't take long for you to develop the confidence that you need to start investing on your own.
