Do me a favor. Run to the bathroom and pull out a mirror. Now, place that mirror just underneath your chin. Now, breathe. Did you see any fog? If you did, then more than likely you can succeed as a real estate scout. I guess what I am saying is that if I can do it, then anyone can. I can guarantee that this system works because I have taken everything that has lead to my success and put it in an easy to understand scouting resource.
